    The SPCA will continue to handle incidents of animal cruelty for all of Tompkins County. If you witness any act of cruelty, please call (607) 257-1822 to speak with a Humane Investigator.
    Additionally, the SPCA will continue to provide adoption, counseling, training, surrender and all other services to all residents of Tompkins County. .
