2013 Dog License Fee Schedule. Each municipality has determined its own fees. When you adopt a dog, you must license him or her in the municipality in which you reside. For ease of licensing, the SPCA of Tompkins County will collect the fee at the time of adoption and forward it to the municipality. All dogs adopted from the SPCA have been altered (spayed/neutered).
