The SPCA handles incidents of animal cruelty for all of Tompkins County. If you witness any act of cruelty, please call (607) 257-1822 to speak with an SPCA Humane Investigator.
Additionally, the SPCA provides adoption, counseling, training, surrender and all other services to all residents of Tompkins County.
